Dallas Cowboys Hire Mike Zimmer As Defensive Coordinator

The Dallas Cowboys have hired Mike Zimmer as their new defensive coordinator to replace Dan Quinn who accepted the head coaching job for the Washington Commanders. Zimmer has held coaching jobs with the Minnesota Vikings and recently helped out at Colorado with Deon Sanders.

I think this is a pretty good hire considering the Cowboys have had problems with teams running the ball straight up the middle. Zimmer should add some bigger linebackers and different schemes to stop bigger offensive lineman from just having their way with them as well as being able to go sideline to sideline.
